I only remove and infill the work done by myself and the Ginger by Zoe team.
No children are allowed in the salon. This is due to health and safety.
I do not work on anyone under the age of 16.
If you arrive 10 minutes late this may result to having to cut your treatment time to fit the time left of your appointment. More than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment will be automatically charged 50% of the total cost.
Cancellations or no shows on the day of your appointment will automatically be charged 100% of the appointment price to the card on your booking. This is to cover for the loss of time and money from that appointment.
New clients must come to me with fresh bare nails.
